Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Ejago's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Services Provided
Ejago provides digital agency services including but not limited to: web design and development, AI automation, mobile app development, and performance marketing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, required materials, and ensuring they have the rights to any content or materials provided to Ejago.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables. Ejago retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.
Limitation of Liability
Ejago's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
